About Elise B. Munn
Elise Berry Munn is partner at Berry & Munn, PA. A native of Copiah County, she graduated from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in 1988 and the University of Southern Mississippi in 1990. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in September 1993.
She maintains a general civil practice in all Mississippi courts, focusing on personal injury, family law, estates, and general litigation. She also serves as Copiah County Prosecuting Attorney, a position she has held since 1996, and has served as counsel for the Copiah County Board of Supervisors since 2002.
Elise is a member of the Copiah County Bar, Mississippi Prosecutors’ Association, and the Mississippi Association of County Board Attorneys where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Mississippi Child Advocacy Center, the Copiah-Lincoln Community College Foundation Board, and is a trustee of Wesson Baptist Church. Elise is currently serving as Commissioner of the Mississippi Bar representing the 22nd Circuit Court District.
Elise is married to her husband of twenty-eight years, Terry, an instructor at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. They have two grown children: Quentin, an engineer with MDOT, and Mary Beth, a public school teacher.
